1. Services

Jairo Enterprises provides institutional catering services for corporate, manufacturing, and healthcare facilities. The specific scope of services, menu plans, staffing, pricing, and contract duration will be agreed in writing before any service commences.

2. Enquiries & Proposals

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to prepare a catering proposal and respond to your request. Proposals are estimates based on the information provided and may be revised following an on-site assessment or changes to your requirements.

3. Contracts

No catering service agreement is binding until a formal written contract is signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or email exchanges do not constitute a binding commitment on either party.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your facility, workforce size, and dietary requirements
• Ensure Jairo staff have safe and adequate access to kitchen and service areas
• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect service delivery
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at your facility

5. Food Safety & Hygiene

Jairo Enterprises operates in full compliance with FSSAI standards. We maintain our own internal hygiene protocols and conduct regular food safety audits. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the kitchen facilities provided meet minimum hygiene and safety standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, and text are the intellectual property of Jairo Enterprises. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our services, Jairo Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services provided in the relevant period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service contract in accordance with the notice period specified in the written agreement. Early termination may be subject to the terms and penalties outlined in the individual service contract.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
